This 28-unit building is comprised of one-bedroom suites for low-income independent seniors 55+ and adult persons with disabilities. Two of the units are fully wheelchair accessible. All suites are approximately 550 sq.ft. (51 sq. meters) and have full kitchen, bath with walk-in shower and a balcony. Vehicle and scooter parking is available on site. No smoking or pets allowed on the property.

Please note that the Society does not directly process requests or applications for housing. All requests must be made by contacting BC Housing online, or filling out and mailing an application form on this website, or by picking up a form at The Society of Organized Services (SOS), located at 245 West Hirst Avenue, Parksville, BC. Note that all applications considered for housing are based first on need and housing availability, not on application date.

Once you have submitted your application, you will only be contacted for an interview when a suitable unit becomes available. Also note that we do not provide emergency housing or shelter.
